APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive on time for your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or change an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours if needed.

We will ask for the full treatment cost to be paid, if you fail to let us know or to cancel within the 24hr notice period.

We are unable to accommodate clients if they have an outstanding bill. Clients that regularly miss appointments will now be asked to pay 100% of the cost upfront when booking.

GIFT VOUCHERS​

Our Gift Cards are available for all treatments and products. These are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Beauté Shed cannot accept liability for lost Gift Cards.

ALL CUSTOMERS INCLUDING VOUCHERS MUST PAY A DEPOSIT OF £10.

THIS WILL BE TAKEN OFF OF YOUR BILL WHEN YOU ATTEND THE APPOINTMENT OR REFUNDED TO YOUR CARD.

DEPOSIT LINKS ARE SENT THE SATURDAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT (OR PAID ONLINE WHEN BOOKING). FAILURE TO PAY YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT GUARANTEE YOUR BOOKING AND YOU COULD LOSE YOUR BOOKING TO CLIENTS ON OUR WAITLIST.
